so basically they are saying they can't narrow it down to aminopterin... because it could be more than just one potential contaminant :sosad:.

Another good reason to pick dog foods with the fewest possible ingredients and the least possible processing!! :faint:

Thanks for the link! I got lost out in cyberland clicking links and reading all the other information on that site. I also found the FDA listing of all pet foods recalled since 1999. Did you know there was a recall on pig ears on the 23rd of this month? I didn't.

This company just plain don't know anything about what is what. The stories & recalls change every day. First they said it was rat poisoning, now it's a chemical to make plasics??!!!!
They said they are only recalling their wet foods only, today now it's the dry cat food, and next week or two after alot more dogs die will they say, opps better recall all dry & wet foods??!! Come on get a handle on it, stop production until the problem is found.
That is if they have any customers left. I know I'm glad I don't feed that cheaply made foods. :sosad:
