Dax Man going home tonight

Well this evening my precious and perfect little Dax Man is going to be hitching a ride to his new mommy in Houston. One of our friends has family down there and he is taking him. We are going to miss the little dude so much. We let him sleep in the bed with us last night instead of with Sanford. He is such a wonderful dog. I know he will love his forever home, and if he does not, he always has a home at the Homer House Zoo!!

Okay, I just emailed his new mommy about the DLC. Don't know if she will join! This will really be a good home for him. He'll have 3 dachshund siblings to hang with all day. He'll have a dog door so he can explore the yard as he pleases, which he will LOVE! And her house is about the same size as ours so he will not have to learn to navigate a big new place.

I love the Dax man so much! I am thrilled he is going to his forever home and will have lots of siblings around. I really, really hope she joins the DLC, I am truly going to miss him.

I am actually crying because Rafi and I talked about Dax all the time and if we should have another little one running around here. Your an angel Courtney, thank you so much for bringing that little guy into your home and heart :bighug:
