check out Southern States Dachshund Rescue -they just got in a Mama with 4 babies! I don't know the story behind Mama yet but they are full doxie and GORGEOUS babies!! Diane will be posting them for adoption on the website so if anyone you know wants a baby - here's the chance!

I'm partial to the Mommies, myself. Dolly was a Mommy and so was Grrrrt. I'm just a sucker for the one left behind, everyone always wants a cute little baby baby and no one takes the Mommy :( Lucky for this Mommy she's in a great rescue org.:appl:

Puppies are way to much work! And when it's time for them to be adopted they will go fast but poor momma who did all the hard work will be left behind. :(

I just got a baby and have my hands full with him.

They will definitely find homes quick.

As cute as puppies are, when I met the doxie across the street for an hour I left just exhausted. For me, it will be adult dogs! Tho, maybe once I'm retired (ok, I've got 25 years to go, I plan ahead) I might try raising a puppy!
