My mother just emailed me and said she has to bring Zoe back to us.
Seems that Zoe doesn't like my parents and made a mess on their beds. 3 times on my Mom's bed and once on Dad's bed. She doesn't get along with the other cat (Siamese) there either.
She hissed and hit my dad several times when he tried to brush her.
She has never done any of that to myself or Doug.

We are excited about her return. We will need to teach Sophie that she is not a Rag Doll to tear strips of fur off of!
When I visit my parents she always runs out from her hiding place to greet me.

Mom took her because she would just stay in our basement and not come upstairs because of SOPHIE. They will just need to learn to get along.

Awwwww.....:hearts: She's beautiful!!! Pippit learned the hard way not to go after my mom's cat. (scratched cornia~trip to vet's) Now, he's scared of her and she enjoys teasing him!

I hope Sophie is a quick leaner!! Good luck!!

Awww, Zoe is gorgeous. Hopefully you can teach Sophie that she's not a giant furry chew toy!

I hope it works out and Zoe comes to love the puppers. Maybe after staying with your mom she'll be okay?? Crossing my fingers for you.

My parents' cat didn't like my grandmother. Peed on her bed every chance he had when she visited. Needless to say she didn't stay very long!

I hope Sophie can learn to leave the cat alone.

Janet, I got chills when I scrolled down and saw Zoe's picture. She is the spitting image of my childhood cat - named 'Cat'. If I didn't know better, I would swear that was her. And you know how hard it is to find two calicos that look a like!

She is gorgeous! I hope she and Sophie can come to some type of understanding. Perhaps a scaffolding type thing (saw it on HGtv) can be built along the walls so Zoe can escape without hiding? The one I saw was pretty neat and blended in with the decor of the house.

OH Zoe is just beautiful!!!!!! What a sweetheart of a kitty!!!!
Good luck on getting Casey and Sophie to behave and leave poor Zoe alone,,

Our Cat Smokey enjoys the banter with the dogs, he chases them around the house and visa versa.. We did have to get rid of one of our other cats though because of the dogs, but now Bubbles is doing well in my friends house with another cat but no dogs..

Lots of good luck Rays!!!!:bigrayz: :bigrayz:
