lucky and other dogs

is he just acting like a puppy or is he submissive? its ok if he is i don't mind i'm just curious. this is what happened. lucky was playing with a little chihuahua and they were chasing each other. lucky started it and then the little girl showed him who was the boss and started chasing him even more and g rowled. then lucky rolled on the floor showing his bellly. he is afraid of the little girl. lol. she was five months. lucky is almost four months. lol . whenever he gets close to other dogs he is super wary and whenever he gets too close and the dog moves he backs away. :rotfl:

Just normal puppy play, he was probably just luring her in so he can flip & pounce.
