The house

Here is a link to the house we want so badly.
We found out today that we couldn't get a VA loan b/c the land is worth more than the house. SOOO that leaves us with having to get a conventional loan, but even though Miguel has been hired at PPG, we can't get the loan until he acutally begins working there- MAY 15th.
Our house will be sold soon so that will leave us with no place to stay.
I was SO upest that we'd miss out on the house. Miguel called the realtor and it just so happens that the lady selling the house is a VERY good friend of his. She's offered to allow us to wait until May to close on the house, AND since she's very rich, is allowing us to owner-finance!
That still leaves us without a place to live, so the realtor is trying to make plans that will allow us to rent the house until we can purchase it.
Please PLEASE keep your prayers coming. This has been a roller-coaster of a week already!!
