Cat, Lee Anne and her daughter were driving back to San Diego from San Francisco last night. Todd and I convinced them to let us treat them to a nice dinner in appreciation for doing such a kind thing for Gracie, who they drove over 800 miles or so to her forever home! So we met them in Ventura Ca, which is only 20 miles from our house and was right off the freeway for them.
In the car were Cat's three weenies and Froggy, the other foster Lee Anne has. We brought Tyrone and Herman. Remember, I got Tyrone from Lee anne and Cat. so they were happy to see their former foster! He was happy to see them too.
they noticed how different Herman was! Which we were happy to hear that it was noticeable. Herman has changed since having Tyrone, even though tyrone still won't let Herman lick him!
After the helacious drive, frought with anxiety, (ask cat and lee anne what happend) Lee Anne was still planning on running a marathon today!!
It was great to see them. We wanted to take Froggy home, but our stairs present a probelm for him. He looks great!
Gracie is doing well with her new mom, so we heard. Interesting story about her. She has six downed doxies. Ask Cat to elaborate...
Ok, that is all for me! We are back in Ojai, Todd is recuperating from surgery, he has his own version of a BORG apparatus on his arm. (PJ would relate)
all is well.
Happy Sunday!
