They may be small, but you should see their hearts. Shelter/Rescue dogs aren't broken. They've simply experienced more life than other dogs. If they were human we would call them wise. They would be the ones with tales to tell and stories to write. The ones dealt a bad hand who responded with courage. Do not pity a shelter/rescue dog. Adopt one. And be proud to have their greatness on your side. Anon

Wow! I didn't know that about pennies. Pebbles used to eat everything when she was a pup. I remember picking up poop with string, rubber bands, rocks, paper, fabric, most everything in it.
Would've been a happier ending if she'd shat 100 dollar bills out instead of pennies.
I knew about pennies. They can be deadly for us also. This IS one lucky pup!!

Wow glad she is okay!! I knew about the pennies too as I have Theo here who enjoys everything. 105 though, that is a lot!!
