biiiiiiiggg tummy for your kiddos. I had left Duchie with my mom once and she had tummy troubles - I thought she was bleeding internally from looking at her poops (red and mucousy!) and was going to take her to Dr Chuck until Mom asked if she was missing her treats and told me how many she had had. She uses the red and green ones too. :vomit:

    hang in there Lins!

Thanks everyone! They finally stopped emptying everything around 11 last night. I broke down and gave them some instant mashed potatoes because I thought 1. potatoes are bland and soft, therefore easy on the tummy, 2. they might help absorb some of whatever is upsetting them or at least some of the acid, 3. neither one will eat plain rice, so its what I've gotta do.

They seemed totally fine today. They were hungry earlier than usual, and I fed them, and there haven't been any incidents since. Neither one pooped today, but I wasn't expecting them to.

Potatoes will probably work fine. I didn't have any rice and fed plain bread once and it seemed to work. Have you tried making the rice with chicken broth? Sweetums didn't much like rice, but would eat it if it had chicken broth.

Alex couldn't eat potatoes at the end of her life, and was sick to death of plain rice, so I just soaked it in chicken broth and she'd eat it right up. Added bonus of electrolytes!! Glad to hear everything's getting back to normal!!

I've tried the rice with everything but the kitchen sink in it. They won't eat it except under extreme duress. They just don't like it. The potatoes worked well, so I guess I'll keep a package (we do instant around here, lol) around just in case.
